4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders require a 50% advance payment of the total order value to confirm the purchase.

The remaining 50% must be paid in cash upon delivery.

Orders without advance payment will not be processed.

The advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation after dispatch.

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹2,000 within India.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Mittals Clothes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after dispatch.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to raise a claim.
