At Mittals Clothes, we have a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final, and we encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.

However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement policy as a last resort. The customer will be responsible for pickup and return shipping charges.

⚠️ Important: To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video taken at the time of delivery.


Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement only if:
✔ The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
✔ You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue at the time of delivery.
✔ The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
✔ The item is unused, in its original condition, and has all original packaging intact.

To request a replacement, please contact us at support@mittalsclothes.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The unboxing video as proof
  • Clear photos of the defective or damaged item

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof for replacement.
  • Pickup and return shipping charges must be covered by the customer.
  • If the same product is unavailable for replacement, store credit may be issued.

Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for:
❌ Items that have been used, washed, or altered
❌ Sale or discounted items
❌ Intimate wear, sanitary products, or personal care items
❌ Custom-made or personalized products
❌ Orders without an unboxing video


How to Request a Replacement?

1️⃣ Email us at support@mittalsclothes.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
2️⃣ Attach the unboxing video as proof of damage/defect.
3️⃣ Attach clear photos of the defective/damaged item.
4️⃣ Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup (charges apply).
5️⃣ After inspection, we will process the replacement or provide store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
